I am a 30-year veteran in real estate. I have managed different sizes and mixes of portfolios up to 10,000 units as a Director of Asset and Property Management, overseeing 4 asset managers in my department. I have set up and brought property management in-house for 2 clients, successfully. I have been an instrumental tool in the acquisitions | dispositions of $900M in trade. I’ve administered $1.2B in valued assets during their hold periods, maximizing returns 12%-15% over underwriting expectations. I increase NOI everywhere possible by analysis then pushing markets, value add and leveraging vendors with expense monitoring. I analyze debt risk and strike points to improve loan burdens to increase cash flow | IRR. I have affordable housing experience. My specialties are Single Family, Multi-Family and Student Housing, with reaches into all other asset types.
